Our focus on cleaning and hygiene quality standards has been enhanced in response to COVID-19. We understand that traveler needs have changed, and we will continue to adapt and respond to these changes.

* Increased cleaning and sanitation protocols with priority to high touch items, e.g. door handles, stair railings, videoke buttons and mic, etc.
* Linen is changed and washed after every guests’ departure
* Social distancing between staff and guests is enforced, and reminders are on display
* Staff wear appropriate PPE

Due to current government restrictions and requirements, the names and ages of all the members of the group, as well as the address and contact number of the main contact person should be provided upon making the reservation.

To guarantee the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, and the remaining amount is payable upon arrival. To lessen the physical contact onsite, guests may opt to pay the full amount prior to check in.
